The Australian Vietnamese Women's Association was established on January 15, 1983. We are a public benevolent and non-political organisation, providing a wide range of services to Vietnamese and others, regardless of race or gender. Services include community development, education and training, job placement, 3ZZZ Community Radio, arts and sports, drug treatment, support to offenders, prisoners pre and post-release, support and counselling for individuals and families, conferences and exhibitions.

Ingrid's Haven is a non-profit cat shelter in Victoria, an hour's drive from Melbourne. Ingrid has many cats and kittens available for adoption ... all from death row at the pound, rescued and cared for by Ingrid until new loving homes can be found.
